What does it mean when the status light blinks on VEEV One Elite?
When the light is blinking, your device might be warning of an error.
1. Blinking red light
There might be a contact issue between the pod and the device. Make sure your device is switched off by pressing the button for 3 seconds. Then, clean the contacts on both the device and the pod using clean dry cloth. After cleaning, reinsert the pod.
If the red light is still blinking, try resetting the device: press button for more than 10 seconds. All lights will blink white twice to confirm that the device has been reset. If issue persists, contact customer care support.
2. Blinking white light
White light can indicate different things depending on the position and blinking frequency:
- Upper light blinking white 5 times: There might be low e-liquid level in your VEEV One pod. Replace your VEEV One pod with a new one.
- Lower light blinking white 2 times: This might be caused where the puff duration is longer than five seconds
- Lower light blinking white 5 times: Device battery is very low (less than 1%), recharge it.
- All lights blinking white light when puffing: Your device might be exposed to outside of its operating temperature range (0-40 °C). Do not use VEEV One Elite and allow your device to reach back the intended temperature range.
What to do when there are no lights on the device?
When there is no light on your VEEV One Elite when you press the button, it means the device is off. Turn on the device by pressing and holding the button (3-4 sec), then release. If there is still no light, your device might be discharged. Charge the device using a compatible power adaptor and a charging cable. VEEV One Elite takes approximately 45 minutes to be fully charged.
If the light remains off, try resetting the device: press button for more than 10 seconds. All lights will blink white twice to confirm that the device has been reset. If issue persists, contact customer care support.
