What do the indicator light colors on the VEEV One Elite device mean?
When the light blinks red:
- 2 times, lower light: Contact issue between the pod and the device. Switch off the device, then clean the contacts on both the device and the pod using clean dry cloth. After cleaning, reinsert the pod.
When the light blinks white:
- 5 times, upper light: Low e-liquid level in VEEV One pod. Replace your VEEV One pod with a new one.
- 5 times, lower light: low battery level.
- 2 times, lower light: puff duration is longer than 5 seconds.
- 2 times, all lights: device has been reset.
- 1 time, all lights: device exposed to outside of its operating temperature range (0-40°C). Do not use VEEV One Elite and allow your device to reach back the intended temperature range.
